The documentation for Dual Screen workspace layout under "Choosing the workspace layout (Windows only)" in Using Dreamweaver is incorrect. Workspace layout choices only include Coder, Designer, and Dual Screen (not Dual Screen Right and Dual Screen left). If you have a secondary monitor, selecting Dual Screen puts all panels on one monitor, and keeps the Document window on the other monitor.
The error also occurs in the "Dreamweaver Basics" chapter of Getting Started with Dreamweaver.
