Utility to run PageMaker 6.0x and PageMaker 7.0 simultaneously (September 2001)

This archive contains the pm6&pm7.exe utility, which resolves the following problem:
-- Enables you to start Adobe PageMaker 6.0x without receiving the error "Cannot Run PageMaker 6.0. ? AdobeDirectory " on a Windows machine on which PageMaker 7.0 is also installed.

Installation Instructions

After downloading a ".zip" file, use the operating system or a utility such as WinZip or PKZIP to access the file's contents.

After downloading the "pm6&pm7.zip" file in Microsoft Windows, decompress it by double-clicking it. Follow the instructions for decompression and it gets expanded to the "RunPM6and PM7.exe" file.
1. Double-click the "RunPM6andPM7.exe" file.
2. You will then receive the message "Finished updating. Please try launching PageMaker 6 now."

Please note that your End User License Agreements still apply. You may continue to use the previous version of the software on your computer after you receive the update to assist you in the transition to the update, provided that: the update and the previous version are installed on the same computer; the previous version or copies thereof are not transferred to another party or computer unless all copies of the update are also transferred to such party or computer; and you acknowledge that any obligation Adobe may have to support the previous version of the software may be ended upon availability of the update.
