Adobe Photoshop Album 1.0.1 update - English

The Adobe Photoshop Album 1.0.1 (build 1.0.50) update fixes a number of problems discovered after Photoshop Album 1.0 was released.

The most significant fixes in the 1.0.1 release include the following:
- The possibility of ODBC, Adobe CoolType, or MSVCRT.dll errors when starting Photoshop Album is reduced.
- The screen no longer appears frozen during the launch or import process.
- The system no longer crashes with a c0000005 error when using the context menu to remove tags, rotate, or fix photos.
- The import size limit is no longer set to 12 megapixels; it now depends on your available RAM.
- Web Photo Gallery images maintain a good quality when resized.
- Files imported from network drives are left in their original location and are not copied to the local hard drive.
- International date format settings in the Windows Control Panel are respected by Photoshop Album if you hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D in Photoshop Album to toggle to a European date display.

Installation Instructions

After downloading a ".exe" file in Windows, double-click on the ".exe" file to access the file's contents.

Please note that installing the updater will not erase your catalog or any associated data. These files are protected from the update, and you can continue to use your catalog with the tags intact in the 1.0.1 version.

After you run the updater, the first time Photoshop Album is launched the templates will be validated. This may take a few minutes.

1. Disable all virus protection software.
2. Make sure no other Adobe applications are running.
3. After downloading the "Album101Updater-en_US.exe" file, double-click on the "Album101Updater-en_US.exe" file on the Windows system where Photoshop Album 1.0 is currently installed.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. If the updater reports that it cannot find the application to update, please reinstall Photoshop 1.0, reboot your system, and then run the updater.
5. Be sure to restart your system after running the updater. Otherwise the program may not function properly.
