The Library palette provides an efficient way to manage collections of frequently used text and graphic objects. It lets you store, organize, view, search for, and retrieve items from a floating palette. The Library palette included with PageMaker 6.5 can compress libraries to conserve disk space. However, after PageMaker 6.5 was released, it was discovered that the compression feature could damage a library if compression was ever applied to it more than once. The compression feature has been removed from this July 1997 plug-in update to avoid accidental loss of data.
NOTE: This update is only for English language versions of Adobe PageMaker 6.5x.
