Word Counter 1.1 Plug-in

Adobe PageMaker 6.5 for the Macintosh includes version 1.0 of the Word Counter plug-in, which counts the number of characters, words, sentences, paragraphs, text blocks, and stories in selected text or in an entire publication. Word Counter 1.1 provides the following improvements over version 1.0:
- Word Counter 1.0 reports information for all text blocks and frames, regardless of whether they are selected. Word Counter 1.1 reports only on selected text blocks. Additionally, when you select a grouped object that contains text blocks or frames, Word Counter 1.1 counts the text in all text blocks and frames inside the grouped object.
- When you use Word Counter 1.0, the current page may change. When you use Word Counter 1.1, the current page doesn't change.
- Word Counter 1.0 counts paragraphs incorrectly when the selection does not end in a carriage return. Word Counter 1.1 resolves this problem.
