The following Adobe desktop products are eligible for complimentary person-to-person support.


Note: The previous version of a product typically remains eligible for complimentary support for 90 days after the new version is released. After the 90-day period, person-to-person support is available through Adobe Expert Support. Visit the Adobe products page to check the current versions of Adobe products.

Information for other products

Free products

Person-to-person support for free products, such as Adobe® Reader® software, is available only through Adobe Expert Support. Free online support is available on the Adobe Reader support page.

Adobe products included with computers and other hardware devices

Adobe products included with computers and other hardware devices are eligible for free online support and fee-based support, but they may not be eligible for complimentary, person-to-person support. For details, see the support information included with the hardware.

Printer drivers

Person-to-person support for printer drivers is available only for printer drivers bundled with Adobe products. For other printer drivers, we offer support through the Adobe User to User Forums and the printer drivers support page.
