Because frequent market changes drive increased product releases, the support term for Flash Media Server is changing from five to three years. This change enables us to better address issues that arise during the product life cycle. Flash Media Server 3.x products will reach end of life on April 2, 2012, and Adobe will no longer support, upgrade, patch, or maintain 3.x-based product installations.
Adobe encourages you to migrate to Flash Media Server 4.5 or 4.0, or to other Video Solution offerings. If you have questions or special considerations, contact your Adobe account representative.
