These samples are a good starting point to begin learning about APIs for the Adobe LiveCycle suite of products.

These samples demonstrate the APIs for Adobe LiveCycle Document Security, Policy Server, and Reader Extensions. All of the samples can be viewed as static web pages in a web browser. In addition, the samples can be compiled into an EAR file and deployed to your application server. The samples can be run using the Adobe LiveCycle products you have installed.

If you are unable to run the LiveCycle Samples installer, Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) may not be installed. Install J2SE version 1.4.2 or later before running the LiveCycle Samples installer. The J2SE is available from java.sun.com/j2se.

We welcome your feedback on the samples. Send comments, suggestions, and bug reports to: livecycle-samples-feedback@adobe.com. Please include the name and version number of the samples, LiveCycle product, application server, and operating system.
