Having problems connecting?

Try these steps first:

  1. Try connecting directly to the meeting room (read more).
  2. Clear your browser cache (Temporary Internet Files).
  3. Try connecting to the room from a different machine.
  4. Reboot your machine and try to connect again.
  5. Send us the results of the meeting connectivity test:
    1. Login to open a Support Web Case.
    2. Click to open the meeting connectivity test In a separate browser window.
    3. Click Send Results.
    4. Click details….
    5. Copy and paste the results into your web case on the Support Portal.
