Mike Knowlton - Oven Digital

Mike Knowlton has been an integral part of OVEN Digital for over two years. As a senior manager he has witnessed the company's growth from four people to a staff of over thirty. Knowlton first used Director 4 to create CD-ROMs in 1995 and continues to program with Lingo to this day. He has worked in a variety of positions—including production, programming, design, project management, production management—and is currently OVEN Digital's Technology Manager. In this capacity he combines his past programming experience with an earlier marketing background to assist in OVEN's e-commerce and back-end development.

Founded in 1996 in New York City, OVEN Digital is an interactive agency specializing in the strategic application of digital media. OVEN understands the ways in which information shapes and drives modern business. To optimize business effectiveness, OVEN develops integrated media strategies through an interactive, multidisciplinary approach. OVEN is one of a handful of digital media agencies with deep experience in narrowband online communications currently addressing the next wave of broadband applications. With its area51 demo, OVEN Digital is one of the first developers to fully integrate Flash, Shockwave Player, and chat within one online application using the new Director 7 multiuser environment.
