Miscellaneous Examples

DownloadWeb2PDA (ZIP, 71K)

Web2PDA... doesn't that say it all? Well, in case the title isn't descriptive enough, I have included a help file created with my favorite help authoring tool RoboHelp. Web2PDA is a utility that takes the generated WebHelp5 files (generated from RoboHelp 2002 only!) and converts them to a format that is displayed on PDA. In order to view the page, the PDA must have a wireless connection and browser.

This is another small application by Gerry Palmer in Technical Support. Check it out in our WebHelp Downloads section.

DownloadWSW (ZIP, 52K)

Do you have topics in your WebHelp project that you do not want to appear in your search? Do you want to reduce the size of your search files? WSW (Web Search Whacker) is a utility that will allow you to modify your WebHelp search. Using this utility you can remove entire topics or individual keywords from your WebHelp search.

Gerry Palmer in technical support has created this small download that will allow you to do just that.
