Jue Wang
Research Scientist
I am a researcher in the Advanced Technology Labs at Adobe. My primary research interests include computational photography and video, image and video processing, advanced computer graphics and vision techniques for better user experiences. Recently I am most interested in online graphics and vision applications.
I received my Ph.D. from the University of Washington at Seattle in October 2007, where I spent four years and enjoyed both my research and the great northwest very much. While in school I primarily worked with Michael Cohen at Microsoft Research, on a variety of projects related to foreground segmentation, matting , and stylization in images and video. Before joining UW I received both my bachelor and master degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
Beside Adobe and UW, I spent 2004, 2005 and 2006 summers at Microsoft Research Redmond working as a research intern. I also worked as an intern from 2002 to 2003 at Microsoft Research Asia.
