Teaming up with Photoshop Elements
page 1 2
You can make great movies using Adobe® Premiere® Elements. Pair it with Adobe Photoshop® Elements, and you have greater flexibility. You can use photos in your Adobe Premiere Elements projects, capture still images from your movies, and edit all of it using the best tools for the purpose.
Note: To use the methods described here, you must have Photoshop Elements 3.0 or later.
main
Send images directly to a movie timeline.

If you want to add images from Photoshop Elements to a movie timeline in Adobe Premiere Elements, use the Send To Premiere Elements command. First, arrange the images in the Photo Browser in the order in which you want them to appear in your movie. Then select all the images, and choose File > Send To Premiere Elements. The images are added to the timeline of the project open in Adobe Premiere Elements; if Adobe Premiere Elements is not open, it starts and creates a new project.

The default Adobe Premiere Elements duration and transition are applied to the still images in the timeline.

step01_int
Drag images into Adobe Premiere Elements.

To quickly move images from Photoshop Elements to Adobe Premiere Elements, drag them from the Photo Browser in Photoshop Elements to the Media window in Adobe Premiere Elements.

You can rearrange the images in the Media window. Then, create a slide show or drag the images from the Media window to the Timeline window to add them to your movie.

step02_int
Paste images into Adobe Premiere Elements.

To move images quickly without fitting both Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements on your screen, copy images in the Photo Browser and then paste them into the Media window. (To copy an image, select it and choose Edit > Copy. To paste an image, choose Edit > Paste.)

As with dragged images, Adobe Premiere Elements does not automatically add copied images to the timeline. You can rearrange them in the Media window, and then create a slide show or drag them to the Timeline window.
