Welcome to Creative Cloud for teams. Here, you can manage and administer your membership in one central location via the Admin Console. Assign licenses

As an Administrator, you can assign licenses to allow users to download Creative Cloud apps and services, re-assign licenses and add new licenses.

Assign your license

As a default, the Administrator is not assigned a license. If you want to assign a license to yourself, start by selecting Unassigned Licenses. Here, select Assign User from the Name column then complete the fields, such as email address and select Assign User. Adobe will send an email invite. This needs to be accepted to allow access to the Creative Cloud apps.

Assign secondary administrators

As an Administrator, you can also add secondary Administrators by clicking on Administrators in the Admin Tools section and Add more.

  • TIP 2 – Install Creative Cloud Packager
  • TIP 2 – Install Creative Cloud Packager

As an Administrator, you will need to deploy Creative Cloud products and updates within your organisation. To do that, you need to download Adobe Creative Cloud Packager in the Admin Console.

1 - Select Deployment from the Admin tools menu in the left-hand panel and in Step 2, select the Packager that you want to download depending on the operating system (Mac or Windows).
2 - Now download the Packager tool and install it onto your system. Once you’ve launched the Packager, you will need to select the Creative Cloud for teams plan and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
3 - Now you can start planning, creating and deploying packages to your users.

  • TIP 3 – Collaborate

Creative Cloud for teams makes collaboration easier than ever, so your staff can get more done in less time. Easily share creative files, folders and custom-built asset libraries with your team and stakeholders — all from their desktops, tablets and smartphones.

  • TIP 3 – Collaborate
To share files with another person, open the application that you are using, for example Photoshop, and select Libraries. Open the menu in the Libraries panel and click Collaborate.
This will take you to the asset library where you can invite another person to be able to share your Library. You can create a Library for a specific project and share it with your colleague.

  • TIP 4 – Get to know Adobe Stock
