Kevin McMahon is a working designer and editor who teaches graphic design, 3D modeling, and video production to high school students. His greatest satisfaction comes from empowering them with the means to create professional-level work. So McMahon provides his students with professional multimedia authoring challenges — everything from creating logos and t-shirts to 3D animations, documentary films, and original shorts.

McMahon has been hooked on the creative possibilities of digital media since the earliest days of the PC and has extended his artistic passion into a teaching career that began in 1996. McMahon has developed digital media courses at Bellarmine Prep, as well as at Stanford University’s Digital Media Academy and at various workshops for Adobe Systems.

McMahon's clients include BCP Theatre Arts, Educating for Justice, Georgetown University, Healthy Shoulders.com, Parallax Devices, USA Track and Field, and Trader Joe’s. He holds a BA in Sudio Art and an MA in Humanities from Georgetown University.

In addition to his digital media and teaching pursuits, McMahon competed in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games as a hammer thrower. Proud accomplishments. But he is equally proud to be an Adobe Education Leader.
