Veith Ruhling teaches at the Friedrich-Ebert-Mittelschule, which was recognized as "Best Hauptschule of Germany" in 2005.
Before becoming a teacher he studied economics at the universities of Passau, Regensburg, and St. Gallen in Switzerland, where he focused on IT and new media.
After his studies he worked for Turner Broadcasting Systems/CNN International in Berlin and U.S. consulting company Booz Allen Hamilton in Munich. During one project he came into contact with the public education sector and was fascinated by the work of teachers.
Ruhling studied to become a teacher at the University of Augsburg, graduating summa cum laude. His work now focuses on new media and approaches in education, using the latest software solutions and a professional attitude.
