The Work Foundation Research Project
Not least amongst these challenges is the drive for better public services. But what does 'better' actually mean? In order to identify where public sector organisations should be focusing their Information Communication Technology (ICT) efforts, Adobe is delighted to have had the opportunity to sponsor a year long independent research study by The Work Foundation.
With a history of in-depth research into public services The Work Foundation has been looking at how ICT can help to improve quality,  choice and efficiency in public services. What role might ICT play in making public services better? What kind of ICT should be used to improve the way services are provided to the public? And how can ICT be implemented more effectively in order to generate the desired improvements in service delivery?
