Now in its sixth year, Adobe and Econsultancy’s annual report on Digital Trends launched at the beginning of February, 2017. Based on a survey that gathers data and insights from marketers worldwide, it recognises the trends which really matter for the year ahead.
 
As more companies improve their digital approach, it becomes more difficult to use tactics to achieve differentiation. Instead, it’s all about strategy and experience design and neither is a ‘one and done’ proposition. Customer experience that is fully embedded in company culture is regarded as the primary way for organisations to differentiate themselves from their competitors in 2017.
