Adobe Expands Family Leave Benefits

In August 2015, Adobe made waves in the industry by significantly expanding its U.S. employee benefits to care for a new child or an ill family member.
“In the U.S., government mandates for paid leave are currently slim to nonexistent,” said Donna Morris, Adobe’s senior vice president of People & Places. “That means companies must navigate the tough balance between supporting employees during major life events and meeting business goals. Too often, employees have not had the support they need . . . We are stepping up to drive some fundamental changes that support working families. ”
