This textual experiment relies, like much Typographic work, on a relatively common font: Bodoni. Chen most often uses typefaces that can be found on any computer; Impact and Frutiger are also favourites. He opens the fonts in Illustrator, then breaks them apart, cuts them, and stretches them using simple tools. |
