If you have access to the PowerPoint software, you can export the slides directly into a Word file. Follow these steps:

  • Open the PPT file in PowerPoint and select File > Export from the menu bar.
  • Select Create Handouts.
  • Select a page layout in the Send To Microsoft Word window.
  • Select OK to export the slideshow into a Word file.

If you have access to the PowerPoint software, you can export the slides directly into a Word file. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the PPT file in PowerPoint and select File > Export from the menu bar.
  2. Name your file in the Save As text box and designate a location on your local disk to store it.
  3. Under File Format, select the Rich Text Format (.rtf) option.
  4. Click the Export button to save your PowerPoint as a new .rtf document.
  5. Open Microsoft Word on your MacBook and click the Open tab on the left panel.
  6. Locate and select the .rtf document.
  7. Click the Open button on the bottom right corner of the screen to convert the file to a Word document.
