The e‑signature tools are the same in both. With Acrobat Standard, you can convert and combine PDFs. With Acrobat Pro, you have all the features included in Acrobat Standard, plus compare PDFs, redact sensitive information, turn scanned documents into editable, searchable PDFs and more.

Acrobat Standard enables you to complete basic PDF tasks like edit, convert, password-protect and request signatures. Acrobat Pro includes everything in Acrobat Standard plus additional PDF features and a wide variety of e-signature tools. With Acrobat Pro, you can compare PDFs to review differences, redact sensitive information, collect and track multiple signatures with send in bulk and brand agreement, among many other tasks.

Acrobat Pro now combines extensive PDF AND e-signature tools, all in one app, allowing you to complete tasks easily and efficiently and saving you time.

Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro plans purchased via Adobe.com include unlimited transactions per user every year. All plans are subject to usage limits ("Use limitations") which are defined in the Terms & Conditions.

Individual plans are designed for small businesses with one user. Our terms of use do not allow multiple Individual accounts in an organisation. Team plans are designed for 2-9 users. Our Business and Enterprise plans are designed for 10 or more users.
