James McCready

James McCready has extensive experience leading enterprise and commercial businesses in Asia and the United States. McCready joined Adobe in April 2018 as President of Japan, based in Tokyo.

As President of Japan, McCready oversees functions spanning sales to customer support in order to provide innovative solutions, high-quality services and support to customers across the regions.

Prior to joining Adobe, McCready spent 20 years at Dell EMC most recently as vice president of APAC and Japan leading sales strategy and execution, as well as platforms and solutions.

Before joining Dell EMC, McCready was a professional baseball player from 1991 to 1997.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
