In his keynote presentation, Anil Chakravarthy, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Experience Business Unit at Adobe, talks about how everything the government does all starts with the customer. Whether it is a constituent, a citizen, a military service member or a government employee, the focus of government in the experiences it delivers must be centered around putting people first. Throughout his remarks, Anil discusses the value of customer experience. But he also notes that "digital transformation is not just about technology."
