The Shanghai based UoU. Studio wanted to create an illustration that focuses on the primary colours of China and their associated mythical creatures, creating a stunning animation based on the storybook ‘The Classics of Mountains and Seas’ featuring the indigo blue azure dragon.

Sydney storyteller and illustrator created a nostalgic piece that contrasts the traditional warmer red and yellow tones of Australian Autumn with the colder blue tones as the Southern Hemisphere heads towards winter, reminding her of her childhood spent in Manly Beach where she would swim with her father all year round.

Malaysian digital artist Rames Harikrishnasamy was driven to create a piece that represented the colours of Malaysia, cutting out a photo of himself and using Photoshop to edit all the amazing features around him, from the stunning animals to famous colourful landmarks.
 
 



Martina Martian

 

Australian artist Martina was inspired by a recent trip to the Museum of Contemporary Art where the turquoise green entryway sparked her to bring back this colour pallet, using Adobe Capture to save the colours to her Library and then create Adobe Draw to create this awesome sketch!
