Adobe uses certain sub-processors to carry out activities which are material to provision the Adobe Experience Cloud Services, Adobe Creative Cloud Services and Adobe Document Cloud Services (including third-party managed data centre service providers - e.g. AWS and Microsoft Azure). Depending on the type of Adobe Cloud Service that you procure, availability of the data centre in your region and your hosting location selection at the time of provisioning, customer data may be processed in the regions specified below.

Depending on the availability of data centercentre(s) in your region for the specific solution, the following may apply:
- Core Data centres (data at rest - DPC, storage) are in: USA, UK, Singapore, France, Ireland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Canada, Germany
- Edge Data centres (data in motion- content serving, delivery, data collection) are in: USA, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, India, Singapore, Brazil, France
2. Adobe Document Cloud with Services - USA
3. Acrobat Sign - USA, Japan, Australia, India
4. Creative Cloud with services - USA, Japan
5. Stock - USA, France, Ireland, Japan, Germany
6. Substance 3D - USA
Managed Services - local hosting feasibility depends on the specific Adobe solution and Customer location.

Customer Support Services and Affiliates
Adobe adopts the “follow-the-sun” model for support services, which are primarily performed by Adobe support representatives in the locations specified under the Adobe Cloud Services Sub-Processors section of the Adobe Privacy Centre.
The Adobe affiliates from the Asia Pacific region listed on the Adobe Cloud Services Sub-Processors may also provide customer account and technical services through Adobe representatives and agents.
