The Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) has no required contract agreements or memberships. It provides a quick, easy and cost-effective way to make a one-time purchase.

Customised term licensing
An Enterprise Term Licence Agreement (ETLA) is ideal for larger deployments across centralised organisations. Get cloud and desktop offerings and budget predictability over a three-year term, with one annual payment due on the same date each year.
Perpetual Licences - Perpetual licences are licences of a particular product and version, which users deploy using Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) and serial numbers. Once users purchase a perpetual licence, they own that licence going forward. You can buy a perpetual licence under the CLP and TLP programmes.
Term Licences - Adobe Buying Programmes are ideal for large organisations that want to get the right tools into the right hands in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The Adobe Enterprise Term Licence Agreement (ETLA) programme provides a host of options for purchasing, deploying and managing multiple licences of essential software.
  • Payment - Each month during your one year term, we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax. As soon as you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.
  • Renewal - The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.
  • Cancellation - We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 14 days, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. If you ever need to cancel, just call Customer Support. For more details click here.
