Now in its sixth year, Adobe and Econsultancy’s annual report on Digital
Trends is released. Based on a survey that gathers data and insights from
marketers worldwide, it recognises the trends which really matter for the year
ahead.
 
At this briefing, we’ll hear the results first-hand from over 14,000 marketing professionals surveyed, and what that means for marketing in 2017. Jamie Brighton will present the findings and will comment on how we see the trends bearing out in practice.
 
Following the main session, a case story will be presented by Hello Bank! on how they are approaching challenges in delivering an excellent customer experience.

has worked in digital marketing for over 15 years, 10 of those with Adobe helping clients implement and adopt optimisation, personalisation and behavioural targeting. In his current role, Jamie is part of the product and industry marketing team, heading up product marketing for the Adobe Marketing Cloud in EMEA. His current areas of focus include mobile optimisation and the role of the marketing cloud in today’s marketing landscape.

Together with the management he defined the Digital analytics vision & strategy and the roadmap to execute this vision. He is currently leading Hello bank! in this transformation into a data-driven organisation.

After having spent several years in the Affluent and Lending business development of BNP Paribas Fortis, Xavier Latte has converted his career a few years ago and had the opportunity to participate on the set up and development of a new Digital Banking model for the group BNP Paribas. He is currently Head of Performance within the Belgian entity of Hello bank! (digital bank of the group BNPP) covering scopes such as Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence and Financial Business. Since launch of the bank only two years ago, his main focus was set on going out of silos working and converting analytics into close loops and data driven decision making source; challenge from a big structure was also integrating the agile way of working while ensuring traditional quantitative analytics such as continuous improvement through UX and conversion optimization.
Marc Meewis
Marc Meewis
is principal solutions consultant at Adobe for digital marketing. His main focus is on customer experience management and cross-channel campaigns. In his daily job, Marc divides his time between advising customers about their online strategy, building proof of concepts and discovering new technologies.
