Pay and incentives
We take pride in sharing our success with exceptional employees who help us achieve our goals. We strive to offer market-competitive salaries, along with several bonus programs to reward employees when they demonstrate exceptional results.
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value with a look back.
Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.
Adobe's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (subject to IRS limits) offers a diversified lineup of investment options on both a pre-tax and Roth after-tax basis. Adobe matches 50% of the first 6% of eligible compensation that employees contribute.
Adobe's Life and AD&D insurance enables you to purchase up to 10 times your salary (up to US$2 million) in coverage. Adobe covers the cost of up to three times your salary or US$250,000.
