What happens if I already have an individual Creative Cloud subscription?
You can still sign up for or join a {{creative-cloud-pro-teams}} free trial. If you purchase {{creative-cloud-pro-teams}}, you’ll need to contact Customer Support to switch from your individual subscription.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your access to most apps and services will be interrupted. You’ll still be able to access content stored in Creative Cloud for 30 days, but your cloud storage will be reduced from 1TB to 5GB and your account will become a free Creative Cloud membership. How can I cancel my free trial?
You can cancel anytime during your free trial through the Admin Console or by contacting Customer Support via chat or phone. Cancel before your free trial ends and you won’t be charged.
