What’s this program all about?

Why don’t I have access to the portal?

Please make sure you have a paid Creative Cloud membership for individuals and you’re using your Adobe credentials to log in. {{creative-cloud-pro-teams}} and enterprise customers aren’t eligible for offer redemptions. If you’re within your 7-day trial, you’ll have to wait for your first payment to go through before accessing the offers. Please see T&Cs for further detail.

How do I redeem an offer?

Click a button above and you’ll be directed to a partner landing page where you can redeem the offer. If you need more information about an offer, please refer to the partner T&Cs. (Partners’ contact details and T&Cs are available on their websites.)

What do I do if I cannot redeem an offer?

You’ll need to get in touch with the partner using contact details from their website.

Can I take advantage of more than one offer on the portal?

Yes. As a paying Creative Cloud member, you can redeem as many offers as you like. The email address associated with your Adobe ID will be disclosed to partners to ensure that only eligible members can redeem these exclusive offers. Partners won’t use information shared by Adobe for marketing purposes. Additional partner terms and conditions will likely apply when you use partner redemption codes for various offers.
