Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. For automatic renewing customers in the United States with an annual, billed monthly subscription, after the first year, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel. For customers in the United States with an annual, prepaid subscription, your subscription will automatically renew annually until you cancel. Renewal notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month of your annual contract until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable tax, every month of your annual contract.

We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us with a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. During any such suspension, you may lose access to some subscription features and functionality; however, you will retain access to your Adobe Account and Content within our free user storage limits. We will continue to attempt to charge your payment method(s) for the remainder of the term, and upon payment being received, your full subscription account access will be restored. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Adobe Account.

Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

For customers in California with an annual, billed monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 30% of your annual commitment and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

For an annual, prepaid subscription, you can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Unused Credits automatically expire on a rolling basis 12 months after the date when they were first allocated. When your subscription ends, you will forfeit all rights to any unused Credits.

Free Trial Terms

If you have signed up for a free trial, your free trial starts immediately after sign-up. At the end of your free trial, your subscription begins, and Adobe will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with the terms of your subscription.

If you cancel before the end of your free trial, your payment method won’t be charged. You may cancel your free trial by visiting your Adobe Account or by contacting Customer Support.

Your eligibility to use an Adobe free trial offer is determined solely by Adobe. Your access to any free trial offer is provided at Adobe’s sole discretion.

Unused credits for Substance 3D Assets (“Credits”) accumulate monthly and carry over for up to 12 consecutive months from issuance, but only if you have renewed your Adobe Substance 3D Collection subscription without letting it lapse. If you purchase more than one license, the number of credits for Substance 3D Assets will be shared among all team members. For example, if you purchased two licenses for one year with 100 Credits being issued per month, if no credits are used, team members would have access to a shared pool of 400 credits in the second month of the License Term. Unused Credits automatically expire on a rolling basis 12 months after the date when they were first allocated. When your subscription ends, you will forfeit all rights to any unused Credits.

By placing your order, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of your employer or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the licenses purchased in this order or future orders.

Subject to credit approval, Team Admins can purchase additional licenses at any time at the rates available at the time of purchase and prorated based on the days remaining in your annual contract. Full payment for additional licenses is required within 30-days of the associated invoice date. All team licenses will co-terminate when you cancel.

By placing your order, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of your employer or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the licenses purchased in this order or future orders.

Credit Purchases

On-demand credit pack purchases are not refundable. If you reside outside of Japan, unused credits automatically expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If you are a resident of Japan, unused credits automatically expire 6 months from the date of purchase. If you are a resident of South Korea, you may request a full refund within 7 days after initial purchase, provided no credits have been used. If you are a resident of Uruguay, you may request a full refund within 5 business days after initial purchase, provided no credits have been used. As soon as your payment is processed, you may use your credits to license assets. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and charge it for all your purchases until you change your payment method. . You can edit your payment information anytime in your Adobe Account page. Upon termination of your Adobe Stock account, you will forfeit any unused credits.

If you are placing your order on behalf of your organization, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of your employer or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the licenses purchased in this order or future orders.

For European Economic Area customers, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial purchase using a password, a one-time code sent to your mobile number, or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorize us to charge your payment method for additional purchases without providing us further payment information or other instructions (i.e., we will initiate future payments independently). Such additional purchases may occur when we automatically charge your payment method in connection with a recurring subscription or when you add or change licenses or products.

For Brazil customers, you are acquiring the products from Adobe and therefore you grant Adobe’s payment processing partner the powers necessary to close a foreign exchange (FX) contract or transaction and to remit the funds relating to payments executed via boleto bancario, credit cards, or PayPal. Adobe’s payment processor partner may act on your behalf and does not account for collecting taxes originating from the transaction. This FX agreement and the remittance of payments to Adobe will not change the prices charged by Adobe for its products and you do not need to take any additional steps.

For other customers in Latin America, you grant Adobe and any and all payment processors that process payment transactions on behalf of Adobe the powers to close the FX contract and to transfer the funds relating to payments executed via credit cards. Such payment processors do not account for collecting taxes, which might originate in relation to this transaction. Adobe is not currently required by Chilean government to charge tax. However, when the government requires Adobe to charge taxes, we will add the obligated taxes into your monthly payment total. This FX agreement and the remittance of payments to Adobe will not change the prices charged by Adobe for its products and customer does not need to take any additional steps. Asset Purchases

On-demand purchases are not refundable. As soon as your payment is processed, you have licensed the asset. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and charge it for all your purchases until you change your payment method. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Adobe Account page.

If you are placing your order on behalf of your organization, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of your employer or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the licenses purchased in this order or future orders.

Free Trial with purchase, month to month, with rollover

Free Trial and Subscription Terms:

This offer is for new Adobe Stock customers only and cannot be combined with other offers. One offer per Adobe Stock customer. As part of your trial and subscription, you may license the type and quantity of Stock assets reflected in the subscription you have purchased. For subscriptions that allow assets to be licensed using different amounts of quota, the quantity of required quota may vary depending on the assets that you wish to license. Stock assets come with the license types specified on the Adobe Stock website. For some asset types, at the time of licensing there may be an option to select a specific license type.

If you are placing your order on behalf of your organization, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of your employer or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the licenses purchased in this order or future orders.

Your trial starts immediately after sign-up. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins, and Adobe will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated at the time of trial sign-up, including any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis in accordance with the terms of your subscription. Your eligibility to use an Adobe trial offer is determined solely by Adobe. Your access to any trial offer is provided at Adobe’s sole discretion.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable tax (such as VAT or GST if the rate doesn’t include it), every month until you cancel. We may change your subscription’s rate each monthly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your subscription mid-term on your next billing date.

If you exceed the quota allotted to your subscription, then we may charge for any additional licensed assets at the then-current rate for such licenses (which may be higher than the rate in your subscription) using your payment method on file.

If your subscription only allows assets to be licensed with the same amount of quota or you reside outside of Japan, unused quota (A) will carry over subject to a cap of a maximum of 12 times your monthly allowance; and (B) automatically expire on a rolling basis 12 months after the date when they were first allocated. If your subscription allows assets to be licensed with different amounts of quota and you are a resident of Japan, unused quota (A) will carry over subject to a cap of a maximum of 6 times your monthly allowance; and (B) automatically expire on a rolling basis 6 months after the date when they were first allocated. When your subscription ends or if you replace it with a lesser value subscription, you will forfeit all rights to any unused quota.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may cancel your subscription. You can update your payment information anytime in your Adobe Account.

Your subscription may include generative AI features which may require generative credits. Generative credits allow you to generate outputs based on the inputs you provide to certain generative AI features. The number of credits required will vary based on the type of generative feature used and the type or number of outputs that are generated. The number of generative credits reflected in the subscription you have purchased expire each month. Each month, your account will be reset at the same number of generative credits for the duration of your subscription. Unused generative credits do not rollover.

For European Economic Area customers, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial purchase using a password, a one-time code sent to your mobile number, or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorize us to charge your payment method for additional purchases without providing us further payment information or other instructions (i.e., we will initiate future payments independently). Such additional purchases may occur when we automatically charge your payment method in connection with a recurring subscription or when you add or change licenses or products.

For customers in Brazil, you are acquiring the products from Adobe and therefore you grant Adobe’s payment processing partner the powers necessary to close a foreign exchange (FX) contract or transaction and to remit the funds relating to payments executed via boleto bancario, credit cards, or PayPal. Adobe’s payment processor partner may act on your behalf and does not account for collecting taxes originating from the transaction. This FX agreement and the remittance of payments to Adobe will not change the prices charged by Adobe for its products and you do not need to take any additional steps.

For customers in Latin America (excluding Brazil), you grant Adobe and any and all payment processors that process payment transactions on behalf of Adobe the powers to close the FX contract and to transfer the funds relating to payments executed via credit cards. Such payment processors do not account for collecting taxes, which might originate in relation to this transaction. Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method(s) every month of your annual contract until you cancel. For automatic renewing subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel. At renewal, will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your subscription, plus applicable tax (such as VAT or GST if the rate doesn’t include it), every month of your annual contract until you cancel.

For customers in Australia, we will provide a renewal notice at least 30 days before the subscription automatically renews. Customers in Australia can set their subscription to not automatically renew at the end of their current annual term via their Adobe Account up to 3 days before their renewal date, or autorenewal can be turned off within 3 days before their renewal date by cancelling their subscription.

We may change your subscription rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your subscription mid-term on your next billing date.

If you exceed the quota allotted to your subscription, then we may charge for any additional licensed assets at the then-current rate for such licenses (which may be higher than the rate in your subscription) using your payment method on file.

If your subscription only allows assets to be licensed with the same amount of quota or you reside outside of Japan, unused standard assets (A) will carry over subject to a cap of a maximum of 12 times your monthly allowance; and (B) automatically expire on a rolling basis 12 months after the date when they were first allocated. If your subscription allows assets to be licensed with different amounts of quota and you are a resident of Japan, unused quota (A) will carry over subject to a cap of a maximum of 6 times your monthly allowance; and (B) automatically expire on a rolling basis 6 months after the date when they were first allocated. When your subscription ends or if you replace it with a lesser value subscription, you will forfeit all rights to any unused quota.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may cancel your subscription. You can update your payment information anytime in your Adobe Account.

Your subscription may include generative AI features which may require generative credits. Generative credits allow you to generate outputs based on the inputs you provide to certain generative AI features. The number of credits required will vary based on the type of generative feature used and the type or number of outputs that are generated. The number of generative credits reflected in the subscription you have purchased expire each month. Each month, your account will be reset at the same number of generative credits for the duration of your subscription. Unused generative credits do not rollover.

For European Economic Area customers, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial purchase using a password, a one-time code sent to your mobile number, or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorize us to charge your payment method for additional purchases without providing us further payment information or other instructions (i.e., we will initiate future payments independently). Such additional purchases may occur when we automatically charge your payment method in connection with a recurring subscription or when you add or change licenses or products.

For customers in Brazil, you are acquiring the products from Adobe and therefore you grant Adobe’s payment processing partner the powers necessary to close a foreign exchange (FX) contract or transaction and to remit the funds relating to payments executed via boleto bancario, credit cards, or PayPal. Adobe’s payment processor partner may act on your behalf and does not account for collecting taxes originating from the transaction. This FX agreement and the remittance of payments to Adobe will not change the prices charged by Adobe for its products and you do not need to take any additional steps.

For customers in Latin America (excluding Brazil), you grant Adobe and any and all payment processors that process payment transactions on behalf of Adobe the powers to close the FX contract and to transfer the funds relating to payments executed via credit cards. Such payment processors do not account for collecting taxes, which might originate in relation to this transaction. If taxes are currently not required to be charged by Adobe in your country or region, when the government requires Adobe to charge taxes, we will add the obligated taxes into your monthly payment total.
