Do you store, control or process personal data?

Have you acquired any personal data from third parties?
To help protect the safety and security of our services and users, keep our databases current, and to provide the most relevant content and experiences, we may combine information provided by our users with information from third party sources, in accordance with applicable law. For example, if you chose to sign in with a social network, and if permission is granted then Adobe will obtain information from that social network. Have you shared or sold personal data with/to third parties?
We don’t share user’s personal information with third parties for their own purposes, such as for their own marketing purposes, without the user’s permission or unless otherwise permitted by law.
We use third-party vendors to help us provide our services, including providers of customer support services, payment processing services, fraud monitoring and prevention, email, and marketing platforms and service providers, and hosting services.

Do you monitor behavior?
Like many companies, we analyze how users engage with our websites and services. Do you track my physical location?
If you use any of our mobile apps, upload photos, and depending on your browser settings, there may be features and services that enable you to provide location information to help us provide the services we offer more effectively. Do you subject me to profiling?
Adobe processes user data automatically, to evaluate personal aspects relating to users. We do this to see how users engage with our services, so that we can improve them and so we can see which features or types of products are of interest to users.
