Action Teams

 
We encourage and enable our employees around the world to drive positive change in local communities by participating in our Action Teams.

Based at Adobe’s 24 largest offices throughout the world, these teams connect Adobe employees, resources and products to increase the impact of our nonprofit partners. Team members play an important role in organizing volunteer events, educational activities, and local grant making.

Action Teams focus on three specific areas: inspiring the next generation of digital media makers and coders, strengthening local communities and supporting a sustainable future. In 2018, the teams galvanized employees to contribute more than 120,600 hours in volunteer service to various causes around the world. Adobe’s match for our employees’ financial contributions to nonprofits and volunteer time was over $8.8M.
 
We track and measure the number of employees who have participated in at least one social impact program and aim, through FY2020, to maintain our overall level of participation at or above 63% (FY2017 levels) even as our employee population continues to grow. In FY2018, we achieved 65% of total employee engagement in our programs.
