Nine years of Adobe Youth Voices
Creating social change through the power of digital storytelling.
The vision of Adobe Youth Voices (AYV) was to empower young people to harness creativity and digital skills to create change in their lives and their communities. Through a network of dedicated educators, Adobe has inspired young people to be intentional and impactful in their media making, to create with purpose. In all, 250,000 youth and 5,000 educators from 60 countries participated in Adobe Youth Voices since its inception in 2006.

Adobe Youth Voices Partners
Adobe Foundation has collaborated with talented partners to support youth media on a global scale. Adobe Youth Voices thrived in classrooms and in afterschool programs, in high-tech and in low-tech settings, due to the extensive network of national and international organizations, and the dedicated educators participating.
To support these partners and their sites we worked with Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC), a global leader in media education and youth development, to create training, curriculum, and a robust community of practice.
We are pleased that many of our partners will continue to inspire youth media around the world. We extend our thanks to the Adobe Youth Voices strategic partners for their committed collaboration over the past nine years. Thank you to American India Foundation, Bay Area Video Coalition, Boston Public Schools, Chicago Public Schools, East Side Educational Trust, Free the Children, High Tech Youth, iEARN, Intel Computer Clubhouse, Reel Grrls, SHIFT, Silicon Valley Creates, TechSpace, Taking IT Global, Urban Arts Partnership, and Victoria Department of Education.
