How is Adobe supporting its employees and communities during this time?
Through this crisis, Adobe’s focus remains on people—ensuring the health and safety of our employees, serving our customers and supporting our communities. We took early and decisive action, directing our teams to work from home, suspending travel and shifting corporate events to digital. We’ve rolled out benefits to support employees and their families, including a new COVID-19 time-off benefit. We are paying our contracted on-site operations vendors while offices are closed and will continue to evaluate on an ongoing basis. To support the communities in which we live and work, we have donated over $5 million and 39,000 virtual volunteer hours together with our employees to support COVID-19 relief since March.
How can I access my Adobe apps and files?
You can download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Adobe Acrobat, on your local or personal computer and then sign in with your account (company account or credentials for team and enterprise customers). You can activate (sign in) on up to two computers but may use only one computer at a time. Learn how to install Creative Cloud apps on a new computer.
You can also log in to your Adobe account from any web browser to access, download, and share your files and assets stored in Creative Cloud or Adobe Document Cloud.

How do I download and install Creative Cloud apps?
To download and install your apps, do the following:
- Sign in to the Creative Cloud website using your account credentials.
- Click Install or Download next to the app you’d like to install.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

What are the system requirements to use Adobe applications?
Adobe apps and services are supported on most modern computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Review the Creative Cloud system requirements and Document Cloud system requirements to make sure your machine and current operating system are supported.
How or where do I save my work?
You have the flexibility of saving your work to your computer or to the cloud. You can choose to leverage the cloud storage that comes with many Adobe plans. Also, depending on the apps and type of cloud storage, you can also take advantage of features like file syncing, sharing docs between apps, and more. Learn more about cloud storage.
