Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to both new and existing customers purchasing new Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams user licenses (Acrobat Pro for teams annual, billed monthly or annual, paid upfront plan), when bought directly from Adobe.com or through Adobe Customer Support.
2. Offer Details: Receive a discount of $100 or more on your first-year subscription when purchasing two (2) or more user licenses (seats). This offer is valid for new purchases only and applies exclusively to the first year of service. A minimum purchase of two (2) user licenses (seats) are required to qualify.
3. How it works:
   • Customers purchasing a minimum of two (2) user licenses (seats) or more of Acrobat Pro for Teams (annual, billed monthly or annually, paid upfront) qualify for a 7.5% discount on their first transaction.
   • This reduces the cost to PRICE - ABM - Adobe Acrobat Pro(seat) (on an annual plan billed monthly) or PRICE - PUF - Adobe Acrobat Pro(when billed annually, prepaid), plus any applicable taxes/VAT/GST.
   • The discount rate applies to your first transaction when you purchase two (2) or more user licenses (seats) up to a maximum of two-hundred fifty 250 users licenses (seats) in a single order.    • This offer is valid for new purchases only and applies to the first year of service.
4. Duration and Renewal:
   • This discounted rate applies for the first 12 months.
   • At the end of your first 12-month user licenses (seats) subscriptions, your subscriptions will automatically renew at the then-current rate, currently Acrobat Pro for teams is mas-field: ACOM-DC / Product / Team / com / Acrobat Pro Subs CC → prices(seat) (annual, billed monthly) or PRICE - PUF - Acrobat Pro (annual, prepaid), plus taxes/VAT/GST unless you elect to cancel or change your user license subscription. Customers can cancel or modify their subscriptions through Customer Support .
5. Restrictions:
   • This offer requires a 12-month subscription commitment.
   • The offer is not available for OEM, Education, or volume use licensing customers.
   • Limited to eligible individuals who are 18 years or older; residents of embargoed countries or those subject to U.S. or local export restrictions are not eligible.
6. General Terms: Offer and pricing are subject to change without notice. This offer cannot be assigned, exchanged, sold, transferred, combined with other discounts, or redeemed for cash. Additional terms may apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
