What does the lock icon mean?
If a lock icon in the lower right hand menu when a document is open, the file is encrypted. You cannot edit or comment on the document.
Why do I see an "encryption key has been revoked" message?
Content may be unavailable due to enterprise restrictions put in place by your administrator. Some Adobe products allow admins to deploy a unique encryption key for files stored in the cloud, and they can revoke that key as needed. When the key is removed or changed, you may see the message: "The encryption key has been revoked and this content is no longer available. Please contact your administrator to re-enable the encryption key and check back again."
