Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see my comments, form data, or signatures in my PDF?

It may be that you are not using Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Other PDF viewers such as Apple Mail may not support all the features that Adobe's Acrobat Reader supports. View your PDFs with Acrobat Reader, and if you send it to someone else, encourage the recipient to do the same.

How can I list annotations?

This feature is currently unsupported.

Can I comment on password protected PDFs?

Only if you know the password and can open the document.

How can I stop the page from moving when underlining and adding other markup?

It is easier to add text markup such as underlines and strikethrough when in the Continuous view mode.
