How can I play Flash-based content?

Flash-based content cannot be viewed on iOS devices. There is no Flash player for the iPad or iPhone.

How can I rotate a PDF image?

Rotating images in PDF pages is currently not supported.

How can lock screen orientation?

Note that the viewing experience for some documents is better if you lock the screen orientation. To do so on an iPad, see the Apple article at support.apple.com/kb/HT4085.

Can I unenroll from the Product Improvement Program?

Adobe periodically collects anonymous, non-personal usage data in order to improve the product. To disable this feature:

  1. From the device home screen, tap Settings > Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Move the Provide Usage Data slider to Off.

How do I backup files?

Backing up your files involves syncing your device. For example, sync your iPhone with iTunes or iCloud. All your phone-resident files will now also reside on your computer.

Can I disable field and link highlighting?

No. Disabling or changing the color is currently not supported.

How can I determine my Acrobat version?

  1. From the device home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Check the Version field.

How do I determine my iOS version?

From the device home screen, tap Settings > General > About.
