Open the share menu by tapping a PDF to show the menus and then tapping . From here you can:

Sharing a PDF

  1. Open the share menu by tapping a PDF to show the menus and then tapping .
  2. Tap Share File.
  3. Tap one of the following:
    • Share Original Document. Comment and form content remain editable but may not be viewable in applications that don't support those features, including Mail.
    • Share Flattened Copy. Flattening a document allows comments and form content to be viewed in applications that might not support those features. After flattening, annotations and form fields will no longer be interactive.
  4. Choose your sharing application. Acrobat shows you all the send options available on your device, including options like AirDrop, email, messages, copy, and so on. The document is uploaded to Document Cloud.

  1. Open the share menu by tapping a PDF to show the menus and then tapping .
  2. Tap Save to Document Cloud.
  3. After Acrobat creates the link, choose your sharing application. Acrobat shows you all the send options available on your device, including options like AirDrop, email, messages, copy, and so on.

Save the PDF to the Cloud

There are several ways to save a file to the cloud:

Opening a PDF in another application

  1. Open the share menu by tapping a PDF to show the menus and then tapping .
  2. Tap Open In...
  3. After Acrobat creates the link, choose your sharing application. Acrobat shows you all the send options available on your device, including options like Airdrop, email, messages, copy, and so on.

Printing a PDF

  1. Open the share menu by tapping a PDF to show the menus and then tapping .
  2. Tap Print Document.
  3. In the Printer Options dialog, select a printer.
  4. Use the + and - buttons to set the number of copies to print.
  5. Tap Print.
