Local Creator Showcase

Chad M. Laughlin

Chad Laughlin is a creative problem solver with 20 years of experience building brands, writing stories, making music, and directing film. Whether leading the rebrands of ULTA Beauty, GMC, and New Holland at agencies like Leo Burnett, MullenLowe, 72andSunny, and GSD&M or founding a record label focused on ground-up creative development — his work always lives in the space between structure and experimentation.

Over the past year, Chad shifted his focus toward building AI co-creators. Not tools. Collaborators — with opinions, push-back, and their own developing voices. He’s now exploring how these collaborators integrate into real creative workflows at scale across advertising, music, writing, and film — and what changes when the machine isn’t just assisting the process, but helping shape it.

Introducing Do What You Love.

Adobe is on a mission to design products that empower creators to spend more time doing what they love most. Inspired by that mission, we're featuring a new artist’s interpretation of the phrase “Do what you love” each month for 12 months.
