Marissa has over 15 years of digital marketing experience, primarily focused in the B2B space. In her current role as Senior Director, Global Enterprise Marketing, Marissa is responsible for enterprise account-based marketing and demand generation for Adobe Experience Cloud. Her team’s remit includes demand generation, marketing automation, event marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations and analytics.
Marissa joined Adobe in 2012 through the acquisition of Efficient Frontier (now Adobe Ad Cloud). She is an account-based marketing and account-based experiences trailblazer and has held a variety of marketing roles across demand generation, content and portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining Adobe, Marissa worked at Alibaba.com, leading demand generation for the North and South America markets, where her team was responsible for driving engagement programs for entrepreneurs and small businesses to connect with Alibaba suppliers. She also previously co-founded an athletic-wear brand and digital storefront called Pike & Kip with her sister.
Marissa is passionate about mentoring and currently volunteers as a Marketo Fearless 50 and Adobe & Women Leadership Council mentor. She has a BA in Media Studies from Fordham University at Lincoln Center.

Having scaled multiple international and domestic teams at Magento, NetSuite, IBM, and Sterling Commerce, hehas a strong understanding of sales enablement, operations and execution. He focuses on building goal-oriented, winning teams with a commitment to excellence, humility, high character, grit and extreme ownership, while over achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals.
