Can I add a white border to my Instagram photo?

Adobe Express is great for making content that stands out for social media, so it's easy to add borders to your Instagram photos. Choose an Instagram-optimised canvas size for a white border. Resize lets you choose from Instagram preset sizes. Frames can be added to your photo to create a white border. You can also scale down your image and make the background white to border it. Lots of options let you achieve your desired effect in your preferred way.

Can I add a transparent border to photo with Adobe Express?

To make a transparent border, make sure that there is enough space between your photo’s border and the edge of your canvas. Then, delete any other elements from the background. When you select the download option, choose PNG (transparent background) and your image will download with a transparent border.

Does the size or quality change after adding a border to my image?

You can start your project using the original size of your photo so you can then download your final design without changing the size or quality. On your desktop device, start a new project using the “From your photo” option. On the mobile app, start with a photo from your device’s library and choose “Original size” to maintain the dimensions.
