I need a room capacity of 300. Can I purchase just three licences of Enterprise plan?
No, the minimum applicable licence thresholds are mandatory to purchase a given base plan. You could consider adding a Capacity upgrade to a lower base plan or moving to a higher base plan.
Can I buy more than one Adobe Connect base plan?
No, you can only buy one base plan per customer account. However, you can tailor your plan by adding Room capacity upgrades and other add-ons to meet your specific needs.
Can I purchase more than one team plan or combine a team plan with a base plan?

Yes, multiple Shared events, Shared rooms or Shared account (Concurrent user) licences can be purchased and/or combined with a base plan

How can a Standard plan customer get customised branding?
Customers on Standard plan will need to purchase at least one Pro Pack to get account wide customised branding capability.
Can Capacity upgrades be applied to team licensing plans?
No, Capacity upgrades are individual licences hence can only be applied to the Standard, Premium and Enterprise licence base plans.
What qualifies as an event in the Shared Events licence?
An event is any session or series of sessions that happen within a 24-hour period. Sessions with fewer than 3 attendees are considered "Stand-by Mode" and don't count as live events.
