Which Adobe Spark plans offer the 2-month free trial?

The 2-month free trial is available for Adobe Spark individual plans that are activated on the web. The 2-month free trial is not available for Adobe Spark plans that are activated via mobile.

What’s included in the free trial?

The trial includes access to the full set of paid features available in Adobe Spark plans for individuals. You can see the features at https://spark.adobe.com/pricing

 

How long is the free trial available?

The 2-month trial will be available for activation from April 20, 2020, to July 15, 2020. Your trial period begins the day you sign up.

 

I’m a paid Adobe Spark customer. How do I get two months free?

If you currently have an Adobe Spark Single App plan for individuals that you purchased on the web, you’ll automatically receive a credit for two months of service. If you’re paying monthly, you won’t be billed for your next two renewal cycles (starting at the beginning of your next renewal period). If you’ve prepaid for an annual plan, you’ll be billed for 10 months instead of 12 months at the beginning of your next renewal period.

 

If you currently have an Adobe Spark Single App plan for individuals that you purchased on iOS or Android, you won’t receive two months free.

 

If you currently have an Adobe Creative Cloud plan that includes access to Adobe Spark — such as an All Apps plan, Photography plan, or Photoshop or Illustrator Single App plan — you won’t receive two months free.

 

I have an Adobe Spark Single App plan for individuals that I purchased on the web, but I haven’t received my credit for two months of free service. What should I do?

If you’re paying monthly, you won’t be billed for your next two renewal cycles (starting at the beginning of your next renewal period.) If you’ve prepaid for an annual plan, you’ll be billed for 10 months instead of 12 months at the beginning of your next renewal period. I’m currently in an active Adobe Spark trial. Can I extend my trial to two months?

Yes. Your trial will automatically be extended for 60 days.

 

I signed up for an Adobe Spark trial in the past. Am I eligible to get the 2-month free trial?

Yes.

 

What happens at the end of my 2-month free trial?

When your 2-month free trial ends, your account will upgrade to a paid subscription and you’ll be billed using the credit card you shared at signup. 

 

If you don’t want to continue on a paid plan, you can cancel your paid subscription before the end of your 2-month trial. (You’ll receive an automatic notification three days before the end of your trial.) You can continue to access Adobe Spark with a free Starter plan, which will allow you to log into your Adobe Spark account and access any projects you’ve created. However, you’ll no longer have access to paid features.

 

How much does Adobe Spark cost after the 2-month trial?

In the United States, the price of a monthly Adobe Spark Single App plan for individuals is US$9.99, and an annual plan is US$99.99. Pricing may vary by country. Your trial will convert to a paid monthly or annual subscription based on the option you selected at signup. You can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged, and you can cancel up to 14 days after you’ve been charged and get a refund.

 

As a new customer, can I get two months of an Adobe Spark Teams plan for free?

No. The 2-month free trial applies only to individual plans that are activated on the web.

 

Will I lose any of my work by canceling my current plan?

No. All the projects and brand assets associated with your email address will remain in Adobe Spark. Your account will change from a paid account to a free Starter plan account. However, with a free account, you won’t be able to open or edit projects that contain premium elements like premium fonts, images, or templates. You also won’t be able to access your custom branding or other premium features.

 

Later, if you re-subscribe to a paid plan, all your premium and brand assets will become available again.

 

Can I sign up for the 2-month free trial offer on iOS or Android?

No. The 2-month trial applies only to plans activated on spark.adobe.com, Adobe.com, or through a phone agent. Once you purchase a subscription, you’ll be entitled to every premium feature across all Adobe Spark apps and platforms, including iOS and Android. Just be sure to log in with the email address you used to make your purchase.
