Now in its sixth year, Adobe and Econsultancy’s annual report on Digital
Trends is released. Based on a survey that gathers data and insights from
marketers worldwide, it recognises the trends which really matter for the year
ahead.
 
At this briefing, we’ll hear the results first-hand from over 14,000 marketing professionals surveyed, and what that means for marketing in 2017. Jamie Brighton will present the findings and will comment on how we see the trends bearing out in practice.
 
Following the main session, a case story will be presented on how they’re approaching challenges in delivering excellent customer experience.
 
Case-story: ABN AMRO 
Customers are banking online more and more. Being always connected, the urgency is severe to respond to changing customer behaviour. In this presentation, Tineke van Dommelen will show examples of achievements at ABN AMRO that address these changes. Highlights of recent developments include how ABN AMRO lets customers experience relevant products and services within their context. Also, the way of working will be discussed which has led to the surprising digital experiences and innovative propositions that ABN AMRO has brought to its customers.

Jamie Brighton
has worked in digital marketing for over 15 years, 10 of those with Adobe helping clients implement and adopt optimisation, personalisation and behavioural targeting. In his current role, Jamie is part of the product and industry marketing team, heading up product marketing for the Adobe Marketing Cloud in EMEA. His current areas of focus include mobile optimisation and the role of the marketing cloud in today’s marketing landscape.

Rob in der Maur
is a principal solution consultant at Adobe, supporting the full range of Adobe's marketing solutions in The Netherlands. In this role he has worked with agencies and system integrators over the last couple of years delivering online experiences and marketing solutions to a variety of customers. With a background in business economics and a long-standing experience as both technical architect and solution consultant, Rob is well versed to speak about digital marketing to technical as well as business audiences.

Tineke van Dommelen, Manager Online Analytics & Optimization, ABN AMRO
Tineke van Dommelen is working as Manager Online Analytics  & Optimization for ABN AMRO. Being part of the management team for Digital Development & Interaction  she is responsible for analysing customer behaviour across online channels abnamro.nl, social media, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. Her team is providing the data and optimization infrastructure for Digital Banking and is developing these areas.  In recent years ABN AMRO has consistently been recognized for their digital activities i.e. the ABN AMRO mobile app has been rated in the top 10 worldwide of best Mobile Banking apps for Retail Banking in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
