Adobe’s Privacy Policy discloses how Adobe collects, uses and stores personal information while you are using or interacting with our websites, products and services. This FAQs provides additional information about how our mobile applications may collect and use your personal information.

Why is Adobe asking me to share information on how I use and interact with Adobe mobile apps?

You have the option to share information with Adobe about how you use and interact with our mobile apps, as well as information related to issues you've experienced with the apps (“usage information”). Usage information is associated with your Adobe account and allows us to provide you with a more personalised experience, investigate app issues and also helps us to improve product quality and features. You can change your preference at any time in the Settings panel on your mobile app.

Can I choose not to share usage information about how I use and interact with Adobe mobile apps?

Yes. You can choose not to share usage information by changing your preferences within your mobile app.

This setting applies to how you use the features within mobile apps, not to the online services these apps may connect with, such as Behance, Adobe Fonts, Document Cloud or Creative Cloud. The usage information collected as part of the services are governed by their respective privacy policies and/or the Adobe Privacy Policy. For more information about opting out of online usage tracking, please review the “Your Privacy Choices” section within the Adobe Privacy Centre.

  • System information, such as devices, operating system, amount of memory installed and screen resolution;
