Macromedia Technical Support requires a registered product serial number when you access our one-to-one support offerings (for example, e-mail or telephone support). If you have not yet registered your product, please register online at the Product Registration Center.
Most current Macromedia serial numbers are 21 digits, beginning with three letters and followed by a series of numbers separated by dashes. Robo products have a similar format, but usually contain five sets of five alphanumeric characters, separated by dashes.
