This plug-in requires that Acrobat 5.0.5 is installed on your system. To find out which version of Acrobat you currently have, choose Help > About Adobe Acrobat. The version number appears in the upper left corner below the Acrobat logo.
Update your product to version 5.0.10 by following these steps:
If your current version is Acrobat 5.0.5, download the Acrobat 5.0.10 plug-in, use StuffIt Deluxe or StuffIt Expander to access the file's contents, and then move the file's contents to the Acrobat > plug-ins > Annotations folder and replace the annots file in the folder.
If your current version is Acrobat 5.0, apply the Acrobat 5.0.5 update and then apply the Acrobat 5.0.10 plug-in as described above.
Note that the Acrobat 5.0.5 updates are different for each language and can be obtained from Acrobat Mac updates.
After downloading a ".bin" file on a Macintosh, double-click on the ".bin" file. Or, use StuffIt Expander by Allume Systems, Inc. to access the file's contents. StuffIt Expander is available as a freeware product.
